Thursday
Basically just did some dead lifts, squats, rows, and calve raises.
Did 100 sit ups, then went on a 5.25 mile run.
I need to get some running shoes because my feet are starting to bruise from the pounding.

Wednesday
Bench press. I did a warmup of 120lbs, then maxed at 220lbs. I then did my regular 180lbs for 5 sets of 5.
50 Pullups.
50 Chinups.
All in all it was a very exhausting arm workout.

Close grip bench 120lbsx12 140lbsx10 160lbsx6.
Dumbbell curls 30lbs 2 sets of 10.
Barbell curls 87lbs 3 sets of 5.
Revers barbell curls 47lbs 2 sets of 10.

Monday:
Bench press 180lbs 5×5.
Calve raises 95lbsx20 135lbsx15 175lbsx10 215lbsx8.
Dumbbell Rows 25lbsx10 up to 45lbsx10, that’s all my dumbbells will hold, just a lite workout.
Side lateral raises/ front lateral raises 2×10lbsx10 3×70lbsx6.
Dumbbell Shoulders shrugs 3 sets from 25lbs to 35lbs.
50 pullups, 5 sets f 10.
3.5 mile run.

Well, my computor has been down for the past week, so I am just now getting around to checking my mail and writing on my bodyblog. I have brought my max on bench back up since I got sick, so I’m glad about that. I played tennise with my old man today, so that was a good cardio workout. I basically followed my normal routine this past week, and I’ll continue dooing that for a few weeks to increase my bench even more, then I’ll stick in another full body workout. Still doing 7 mile runs once or twice a week, I’ll push it up to 10 miles as we get closer to going back to the States.

I did a full body workout wednesday, did mostly heavy wieght with less reps.
So, I didn’t really know what to do on thursday, but I whent ahead and did……
100 pullups, 100 crunches, 100 calf raises, and 50 diamond pushups.
Just trying to mix it up a bit.

Worked arms sunday here’s how my routine whent.
Close grip bench for tri’s 120lbs 5 sets of 10.
Barbell curls 87lbs 3 sets of 5.
Reverse curls 47lbs 3 sets oof 10.
Forearm curls 47lbs 4 sets up to 87lbs.
And lastly some forearm work on my grip machine.
Monday I did bench (still working on getting my bench back up). I also did deadlifts, squats and pullups, (and crunches of course) then whent on a 4 mile run.

I gained the 5 pounds that I lost back, so I’m good to go now. Just trying t get my bench back up to where it was before I got sick. I’ve been doing a new chest routine and can feel mre of a burn and pump. Also been lifting more wieght on curls for less reps, wich is deffinatly making imprvements in my gains.
So, overall a few changes to my routine plus the wieght I gained back, has proven te be a boost to me.
