Whent running on tuesday and strained my foot a bit, tried to go running thursday, but my foot wasn’t having any of it, so I’ll just stay off it for a week or two. Maxed out on bench friday, I finaly got 220lbs up. Changing up my routines have definatly made improvments in my lifts.

Still doing 185lbs with the 5×5 routine. I did 100 pullups and 10 chinups yesterday along with benching and rows. Still trying to get my total pullups up to 25, 185lbs on my benching is getting eisier, so I’ll be up to 190 for 5 sets of 5 reps soon.

Well, the 5×5 benching routine is working wonders for me. I’m up to 185lbs doing the routine and my max has gone up 5lbs from 210 to 215. I’ll keep the rest of my progress posted.

I ran up a full mile long hill the other day and it seems to be improving my running time and endurance. Ran 6 miles a few days ago and 3 miles yesterday. I’ll try to keep the hill in my routine, becuase it is helping my stamina.

Benching progress.

Tuesday, April 3rd, 2007

I’ve started doing the 5×5 routine, it’s working really well so far. I started at 160lbs and now I’m up to 180. I hope to be up to 190 in a week and have my max bench go up from 210 to 220 in a few weeks.
