Friday, March 16th, 2007I started running about 6 months ago, and let me tell you; running in Africa is not the easies thing to do, but it is very good training. Here are my running times. 1.5mi started at 13:28 and gt it down to 13:15. 3mi started at 35:55 and got it down to 30:41. 4.5mi started at exactly 60 minutes, but got it down to 56 minutes and 40 seconds in just a few weeks. I’d like to bring my 3 mile run down another 5 minutes within the next few weeks. I’ll try to keep this updated. Joshua
