					<description>I would cut out a workout class and add the weight lifting.  Building muscle will totally burn fat while you're getting the cardio in as well.  Shock your system!  Change things up.  That will help get over that plateau.</description>

					<description>I hear you on the run thing...get a doggie!  Mine is tiny but makes me feel soooo safe.  Sad world we live in that we can't get out and enjoy a warm spring night without fear in our hearts but its foolish to think that it's safe.

I guess I don't really get the calorie complaint...I eat 1500-1800 when cutting and 3000 or so when I'm not...I'm definitely one of the lucky ones!</description>
