Got back on track today and did a good strong set of Chest and Tris. I had expected a little drop in strength but I think the layoff was helpful rather than harmful. I didn’t want to over do it and could have went heavier but since it was my first workout in a couple of weeks I didn’t go crazy.

I have been real busy lately and my workouts have suffered. I have, however, been concentrating on cutting and lost about 12 pounds. My abs are not showing yet but I am not happy about the muscle lost. I am hitting everything hard starting Monday after this layoff. I guess I will do measurements this weekend for another progress guide.
