Work Out Plan

Wednesday, November 26th, 2008

HEY GUYS! Well I got myself a Personal Trainer since my last post, Elijah Maine, and I`m really excited to get back in amazing shape. I`m excited to loose the weight, but the real fun comes when I start gaining muscle and becoming defined!

Right now currently this week this is what I`m doing, my Trainer never planned this out, this is what I`ve been doing for the past week or so but I`m sure once Him & I get at it my plan will be all changed around!

Monday
I call it my PUSH day
Chest, Shoulders & Triceps
& I run for half hour on the treadmill
& I take a Step Cardio Class that is one hour long

Tuesday
is Cardio Sculpting Class that is one hour long

Wednesday
I call it my LEGS day
Quads, Ham Strings & Calves
& I run for half hour on the treadmill
& I take a Cardio Class that is one hour long

Thursday
is Cardio Sculpting Class that is one hour long

Friday
I call it my PULL day
Back, Biceps & Forearms
& I run for half hour on the treadmill
& I take a Body Blast Cardio Class that is one hour long

Saturday
I take a Cardio Class that is one hour long

Sunday
I take a Yoga Class & A Cardio Sculpting Class that are both one hour long

& on My days where I actually am in the Gym I usually incorporate some other machines like the Stair-masters or Elliptical

& I`ve always been a fairly healthy eater, I don`t eat any Red Meat, but my problem is that I eat at all the wrong times during the day which is something I now have to work on!

I`m so excited for my future and I`m not surprised how much I`ve actually really got into this whole Gym, Being Fit, Muscle thing! I love the feeling I get after working out, I`m just happy as can be.

If anyone has any tips I`m still open to them, but I start working with my trainer on Monday!

Work-Out Help!?

Hey guys! I`m not 100% sure how to use this thing! Hehe.

I`ve been getting into working out a lot more lately and I started reading Oxygen magazine at work, I work at Premier Fitness, and I`ve been getting really interesting in loosing weight and becoming defined. I don`t want to be a body builder per-say but I was looking to get pretty fit, abs, defined legs & back you know. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for me. I was thinking of hiring a personal trainer, one of the girls from the gym. I was also wondering if my diet was pretty good, I assume it is, but I can`t be sure. I mostly eat salmon, basmati rice, pasta once and a while, tons of salad, no junk food, chicken breasts sometimes, lots of vegetables, veggie pitas, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions of great healthy foods to eat? I don`t eat any red meat what-so-ever and I shy away from chicken as well. Thanks for any help!
