nnnnnnnn k......Â so I KNOW all of us go thru this in our psychotic brains.Â We lift heavy and hard and eat lots of food in the offseason to pack on the muscle, then lean out and diet down with lots of cardio in the...well....in season?Â Ya know what I mean...jeesh.Â I know some women and some men like the look when a man is bulky and muscular and some men and some women like the look when a man is lean and ripped.Â My question is which do you prefer??

Now here are the ground rules.Â Â For all you sassy pants out there, you CAN'T say BOTH!Â nnnnnnn k?Â For us non freakazoids who can't be both gigantically muscular and lean and ripped, you must choose one or the other.Â Also, ok I just forgot what the 2nd ground rule was so....just see rule #1!Â Oh yeah...rule #2 is this is purely from a "hey you look good" standpoint.Â Not a "well if you want to compete it looks better if you look ripped" or "fully clothed you look better big and bulky".Â All around what looks better to you.....?
