Back on track - almost
Tuesday, November 25th, 2008Life’s good! I’m up working legs harder than ever! Or… No, that was a lie, I have to take things carefully, but at least I am working out again. I’m weaker than I was before my knee problems, but I knew that. Right now I am only doing my workout in machines, leg press and so on… We’ll see, I’ll be back on the real track soon with squats! Wait and see…
