Life’s good! I’m up working legs harder than ever! Or… No, that was a lie, I have to take things carefully, but at least I am working out again. I’m weaker than I was before my knee problems, but I knew that. Right now I am only doing my workout in machines, leg press and so on… We’ll see, I’ll be back on the real track soon with squats! Wait and see…

Thursday became a good day, the surgery went fine and one piece of bone was taken out from my knee. I can straight it out but it hurts. The pain will go away in a couple of days so all I can do is wait. I want to thank the people who has asked me how I feel and how I’m recovering! That means a lot, have a nice week filled with workout!

The doctor called me today, my surgery will be on thursday. Can’t wait… When I’m fully recovered I’m gonna work my legs like never before! For the ones who wonders; they’re going to take out two pieces of bone from my knee, and right now I can’t straight it out so I walk ugly, LOL. So wish me a lot of luck! I’ll let you know if I survived on friday, bye

Injuries, injuries… You manage to make yourself through one and before you know it another one is facing you. I’m sick of it, and my current one is my knee. I’m going into surgery whitin days now, can’t wait. The doc says I can start workout as normal two weeks later, wich is a fair time. I hope nothing goes wrong cause I really need to work on my legs, they’re thin! And I need good legs if I’m gonna make it through another summer of soccer. That’s about it, see u soon, bye lovers
