…almost 8 wks out and the diet is working, but is it on track for THAT DAY??? Can’t afford to lose muscle… ARRGHH!!! Any tips, tricks, etc…

WOW, not only are your biceps too fricken’ big for your shirt (lol), you’re from KENTUCKY, too! YEAH!
I think EVERYONE stresses about their diet - looks like in the grand scheme of things, you’ve got it under control! Good luck with your competition and everything that comes with it for your future!

everyone stresses big time. try and come in early and eat a little a couple of days before.
