Today benched 305×1 while testing 1RM.This with a injured wrist could have gone higher but not much though will test again in 2 months and try 315.

Since last time I posted i have some progress and some setbacks to report.
My weight is about 173 now and bulk is now cleaner then ever.The LBM is coming at 154.5
My lifts have improved on Squats (315×8)Shoulder Press is upto 20 reps on fully stack (240) and barbell press is upto 165 for reps.
I suffered a set back on bench press during an attempt to lift 315 the barbell dropped and my shoulders and chest took a blow but now a month and 2 weeks after the fact iu am benching 265×4.
Deadlift is still stuck at 315 off the floor but rack pulls are upto 405

It has been almost a month since I wrote this blog.I am working on wieghtgain and after a fairly dirty bulk which saw me go from 157 to 168 now I am working on a 75% clean bulk.the Idea is to maintain BF levels while gaining LBM.The strength levels are still quite up.Shoulder press on machine is 238 for 12 now and leg press is around 700 mark.bench is also nearing 315 goal.

It has been almost a month since I wrote this blog.I am working on wieghtgain and after a fairly dirty bulk which saw me go from 157 to 168 now I am working on a 75% clean bulk.the Idea is to maintain BF levels while gaining LBM.The strength levels are still quite up.Shoulder press on machine is 238 for 12 now and leg press is around 700 mark.bench is also nearing 315 goal.

Well did my shoulders and was able to lift the whole stack on the machine and press for 8.Could have done more but opted for a 2nd set of 8 reps again.That 12 plates at 9 kg each making 108 kg(238lbs).
Will be starting Animal stak 2/Animal pak stack on 15th will run 2 months then will run Animal test for 2.
The bulk is going well tested 149 LBM up from 143.5 at start of bulk.As soon as I hit 156 LBM the cut will start at 10% 1 wil lbe 170.That means need to go upto 180-185.

Hit 315 for 6 on rest pause.tried to go 335 but the grip failed as I was not using chalk or starps.have to get them.The session was 135×10 195×8 245×8 315×6 335 fail.Next session is planned as 135×12,225×8,315×4,335×3,375×2 wish me luck

Having used animal stak2 i have nothing bad to say about it.The workouts are phenomenal with it.I am getting to the point where others would stop and watch.Not the heavyest guy in the gym but certainly one of the heaviest lifter.I have been asked if i would be competeing next year.I am tempted beacause what I have seen on stage in comps i can go for and earn a top 5 position with some directed training.Something to think about.
