failure ?
hmm, just read my long term goals and saw that I’d written "to stay under 70 kg all my life" and realised that I’ve already failed. :/ But I guess you haven’t truly failed until it’s over.
So I just have to try again, it’s gone good so far, soon there. But my true goal is to go down to 63 kg.
Did some yoga today, I have a DVD, haven’t done it in a year, and it totally wore me out. Haha.
But I need to get more flexible.
