Day 38 - sexyback
Worked out with Kim, my PT, today and it was back/shoulder day. She gave me a new program and it really hurt
I love it. Back is definitely my favourite bodypart to work out, and it shows too. Now this program is designed especielly to build up my lats and front shoulders, to get that gorgeous V-shape and that definition between arms and shoulders. Can’t wait :p
We measured my stats now too, almost half way in to the diet, 21.7 % bodyfat, 0.1 %-points more than last time but a loss of 0.2 kg of fat. Not so good. But I knew it wouldn’t keep going as fast as it did in the beginning. Kim said she’ll think about to change my diet a bit. Hope so. It’s getting kind of boring, when I know it bye heart.
