Day 20 - Rain
Cold outside, about 45 degrees Fahrenheit, but it’s raining, and it’s completely grey. The sun hasn’t even shun for a second today. I wwent for my morning walk but since then I’ve just been inside watching TV. It’s terrible what the weather can do to you. It’s been the same all week for me, except yesterday when the sun actually came out from it’s clouds for a second.. It really gets you down..
Anyway, day 20, of the 84 day diet today!
I’m actually amazed how well it’s gone! Not that I’ve lost much weight but still I’m eating the same food practically everyday and I don’t even miss eating normal. My friend asked me what I miss the most, I said chocolate, not that I really do. But when I later thaught about it I miss fruit most. Hah, I know I’m allowed to eat fruit, but I only have bananas on my program, and I really miss just taking one fruit, any fruit, and eat it, whenever I want. Especielly when summer comes, it will be really hard. Fruits are truly expensive here wintertime, and there are all kind of bad. No fresh ones. And berries, that I cannot go one summer without, so when the season hits in, I’ll just have to use my imagination and make good adjustments in my program.
But still, the point was, that I’m really surprised that I don’t miss food more. Surprised, and thankful
Still.. Terrible weather! :/

I may eat it, but I don’t want to change anything on my program.. I’m too unsure about my own knowledge. And my trainer said "I expect full dicipline now", so I don’t think I’m supposed to eat anything else that what’s said..
