Day 11 - Photoshop
Guess what! Yesterday I learnd how to make yourself look thin using photoshop, so now my life is fulfilled and I do not need to be on a diet anymore.. Haha, joking apart. I did learn but still, you have to weight your food and count your calories
So far so good, no cheating, not even although we had new-baked sugardonuts at work (I didn’t take one) but they smelled so heavenly :/
The workout is getting better, after some hours with my PT I’m really starting to learn how to really squeeze and feel what muscels that are actually working. But I have a long way to go to really manage it
You might believe that I would hate muscle training, I mean for someone like me, who always had it very easy for everything (get good grades without opening a book etc.), that I would hate actually having to work my ass off to even know what muscels I’m training and really having to watch my food not to gain 20 lb (which I will if i eat one piece of chokolate), but I don’t. I love it, I love the fact that I’m not so great at it, but still doing it. That is what some people call "the more to life".
Yeupp, I know the meaning of life, and that is to have goals and achieve them!
