6th week
This is my 6th week of training and eating clean as much as I can. I am half way through my 12 week mark to lower body fat, from here on I will be intensifying my trainings and no cheat meals. I know it’s going to be a little hard without chocolate but I know it is worth it.
Training my upper body is the hardest as I am not strong at all, I am pushing through it and adding more weight as weeks are progressing. I am planning to upload some progress pictures next weekend as I will be on university break, so I will have more time.
