So I finally admitted defeat and went to the doctors and now I,ve got a councellor! It seems I,ve got PDSD and that is the reason why I give up after a while in the gym! I know its good for me I know I was making progress but when the moods hit I don,t do ANYTHING just work and sleep theres a long way to go but at least I,ve got a name for the demon and now I know what it is I WILL beat this and who knows I might make a bodybuilder yet! Take care all of you and a plea to all the british servicemen and women out there I know its not British ( stiff upper lip and all that crap ) but when your offered help take it IT IS NOT WEAK you are going through hell and you need to be in top condition mentally as well. Take care ofyourselves thanks for serving and come home safe

ok so now i,m officially fat no excuses just bin eating too much and not been near the gym. But now it all changes time to start taking this thing seriously look at the diet and get my big fat ass in the gym. Watch out for the pics and short term goals coming soon. Feeling really positive about this anyone up for a challenge??

well still out with back injury ( doc says its a trapped nerve) now me and the wife have split and i,ve had to move into my brothers house so feeling pretty fecked off right now. on the upside should be back in the gym tomorrow to see how it goes and done plenty of reading while i,ve been laid up and got some good tips and ideas. gunna try some core training doc says it will help with the back. Need to be in the gym and get some results to make up for the mess outside the gym. Thought we would be together for ever but there you go. My gym just started something called Body balance and is all about corre strength anyone heard of it ?

only been training for a few months but just when starting to see a difference ( around chest and upper back) i,ve hurt my back doing my daughters head gasket?? work as a commercial vehicle technician so used to moving heads which weigh more than her engine. think its the bending all the time. really cheesed off now was enjoying it and not happy doing nowt ffs. hope to be back in the gym on monday need to be finding it hard to move my gut eating healthy but still struggling but chest and back coming on fine legs never been a problem. has anyone tried fat burners do they work not looking for a cheat just a helping hand
