I havent written anything for a while! Ive been eating clean and cheating less and less over time. I probably avg. 3 cheats a month…I need to be tougher on myself! Ive been living with my boyfriend for a little over 2 months and its been awesome! We never have anything but clean food in the apartment so its great! I feel like I am starting to lose a little more body fat…Ive been increasing my cardio (at least 3x week) and Ive been doing a 3 day split routine for lifting (one bodypart/week) and its going well. Still working for the 6 pack!

I took last week 100% off from working out…I was completely exhausted in every area of my life! I did legs Mon, off yesterday, cardiox2 today. I am starting to work cardio in at least 3x week while lifting 3x week. I think lifting 6x was waaaay to stressful for my body. I am finally at 13% bodyfat, but my abs still aren’t that great and the damn cellulite on my legs is taking FOREVER to go away! In the next month I want to see how well I can do with clean eating and cardio (lifting is a given). One month til a six pack…is that even possible? Lets see….

I feel like I have stopped losing fat so i think I am going to try carb cycling….If you have and advice I would appreciate it! Ive never tried it before so we will see how it goes!! It will probably take me a few days to get it down, but oh well…better now than later! I have about 5 weeks until I am supposed to have a six pack….I dont know how I am going to do that by then! EEK! Hopefully carb cycling will be the answer (plus some added cardio).

I’m finally all moved into my new place! Yay! Ive been eating clean for about ummm at least 2 weeks straight and its definetly paying off! My workouts are going great….still doing the FLEX 70 rep routine. I think doing weights less often per bodypart is really paying off. My legs have been sore consistantly after EVERY leg workout for the past 6 weeks! They are making progress, as well as my shoulders and abs. I actually had a 4-pack when I was under good lighting and flexing today! WooHOO! Hopefully by keeping my diet clean and incorporating some cardio will get my abs to pop in the next 8 weeks.

Welll….back and bis today…up again on back weight woowoo! Eating has been decent…not the best it could be though. I think I may be getting too many carbs/cals but Im not too worried…once I get moved into the aparemtnt I know my eating will be 100% clean! I cant wait for that! I wore shorter shorts yesterday (I dont like my legs so i cover them) and my lesg are finally coming along! I think in 2 months I should be able to wear booty shorts and not be self conscious! My shoulders and biceps are more striated than they ever have been….my abs are kind of weird looking becuase I am leaning out but there is still fat so its a toned/mushy look combined! lol 

I cant wait for Sunday so i can be settled in my new place and start eating perfect and working my ass off lifting! :)

Wellllll I was suppsed to take today off, but the Spinning teacher’s daughter was sick, so I had to cover for her….I prob burned at least 550 cals. Ive eaten ALOT today, but its all been clean food. I know by Monday I will be back down (from bloating from today) and I get to see what the xtra cals did to my muscles! Time for bed to get up and do shoulders, tris, and abs! WoooooHoooo!

SOOO I had my man test my bf this morning…..it was 14.8!!! Yay! So I am officially down 4.4% since July 7…I am at the halfway point for my date to have a six pack by….I think I can get it down at LEAST another 3-4% since I am finally really getting the eating down. Whatever percent I need to have abs, I will get it!!! :)   KILLER leg workout today…Mondays legs and todays are at least in the top 3 of my best/hardest leg workouts…whooo! ABS ABS ABS and a lean hard body…..coming soooooon!

Updates!

Well, I have been doing okay with eating….my "bad" days are now what I would have used to consider a good day! Crazyyy. I can’t tell if I am getting leaner or not….last time I checked my bf I was 15.3….some days I feel super lean (like today) then others I can feel fat jiggling when I walk…soooo tomorrow morning I am going to have my boyfriend test it for me! I did a great leg workout on Monday with him and tomorrow we are doing it again! I am still sore! :/  I have still kept my motivation up but I am getting agrivated because I am seeing results in my arms and legs but not my abs! And thats the onle thing I am supposed to be getting! I’m about 9 weeks out….lets see what I can do!!!

Oh and I am not going to do upper/lower split 3 times/week….now I plan on mon=legs tues=upper wed=cardio/abs thurs=legs fri=upper sat=off sun=cardio/abs

Maybe more time off will help results!

I ate 4 of my 7 meals then went out to eat and had chicken lettuce wraps and 2 types of sushi  :(   Ughh. At least that wasnt COMPLETLY blowing it, like having dessert or a buffet or something! Good leg workout and sweaty bikeride! Upper body tomorrow with PREVAIL :)

WooooHOO!  Had a great upper body/ab workout today! Eating clean makes such a difference! I am still only down 5 lbs and I am hoping that now since Im really getting better with eating, that I should still be on track losing about 1 lb per week if I eat clean. I Will then possibly be around 152-150…Ive been really motivated lately and its awesome! I love the challenge and the changes I can see from hard work…Im addicted for good, I think! :)   Time for rest and repair…getting up early to do legs!!!!
