					<description>Hey!  Be careful not to push your body too hard 'too quick' with running... you may end up with shin splints and that's a bitch
Try intervals - run 5mins, slow jog a minute, run 5 mins repeat etc etc

					<description>That's awesome news (all the fitness stuff lol). I was the same way with running....I started running 3 miles 3-4 times a week from the start. Had to walk a bit the first 2 times and the 3rd time I decided if I was dying....I would at least jog slow....almost at a quick walking pace. If you at least don't stop, the next time, you know that there's no way you're gonna make a step backwards! So once you make it all the way running or jogging, you'll never stop! 

It's really a mental thing...if someone was chasing you with a knife threatening to cut you, I bet you could run a marathon.
