		<description><![CDATA[Back on Predisone, put on 12 lbs. however, Lupus symtoms appear to subsided enough for me to work out today. I continue as long as I can. I did at least lift 160lbs. in Bicep curl. 4 sets of 10&#8230;that is a new accomplishment for me.
