Getting back into lifting is harder than I thought. Day 3 lifting after 8 weeks off with 4 broken ribs…..Damn, did I let myself go in a mere 2 months.
1st workout since 12/31! Recovering from 4 broken ribs really put me down. Bench was really tough. Unable to press as many reps as before. Gained about 20lbs just sitting around the past 7 weeks. Here I go again, at the starting line.
