Well another cortizone shot in the right shoulder has halted my weightlifting since 9/16…..My Lupus is affecting bursae sacs. I will continue to lift. I am afraid that he will discontinue providing me the shots as I have had way too many already. Many joints have been shot up,however they work, at least for me. 6 years with this disease, I WILL strive to achive my goals before it grips on a major organ taking me to a dirt nap! LIFT>>>>I LIFT TO LIVE!

140 LBS….curls…..6 x…new record for me!

Back and Shoulders today…..Lifting more weight than usual also…and not as sore. Progress is slower than I’d like but progress is progress.

Able to post again as computer died…..Workouts are continuing to be aok….My lupus is on the downside except for my eyesight….I WILL beat this disease down!!!
