Saturday, April 5th, 2008Best time in cardio yet….3.5 miles in 39 minutes. Diet appears to be on track as I have lost 12 lbs since 3/29/08. Oatmeal Flax sees Oil and Flax Seed….am…………Raw spinach with onions tuna & hot peppers….lunch………………..chicken or other dead animal flesh with large salad and veg……tons of water……….
