Feel really good today, great workout on bis & tris

Back to normal…Exercised shoulders and back today..it was a good workout

I managed to workout today..not much strength as the flu left me weak..perhaps tomorrow I will be up to par.

More flu days

The flu..started yesterday and into today…jeez

Superpump250 is amazing…Just finished again..chest and back w/some shoulders, I feel like am going to tear out of my body,,,feels real tight…227lbs today, but  am going to be drinking so..   I am    .

Today  began cutting…and started H.I.I.T. for weight loss. I am at 227lbs this is unaccaptable. Used superpump250 again..this is a great product..I have no bad side effects from this NO

Although I was told to wait until Monday to begin to lift, I am going to lift today as my shoulder feels much better. Began the Supepump 250 also. Fruit punch flavor, taste ok will see how it is for NO…

1 hour later…..the Superpump 250 is incredible…the pump is better than I have ever had..Damn 

Injured my last knuckle on my right hand while putting the boat away…..Very red and swollen..I can not seem to catch a break this week…..

Superpump250 arrived today…would like to try it tomorrow…but I must wait until Monday for Cortisone shot and Celebrex to heal the burtisis in right shoulder….Bummer
