Today I could not lift in the early AM before work as I had an early meeting. I went to the gym at 3 PM and it was a different crowd. I was able, however, to meet a friend and lift with him. It’s so much better with a training partner.
My lower back on the right side began to bother me about halfway through training this afternoon. Can’t say that I recall any specific movement where I felt I may have strained my back. I’m just hoping that it’s a minor sprain and not kidney stones… I’ve had them before, and hope that I’m not having yet another attack! Cross your fingers!
Can’t say that I’m actually following any specific training regimen (such as a true split routine), but I’m still focusing on just getting to the gym with some degree of regularity. In the next few weeks, I’ll work more on having a better game plan regarding targeted bodyparts and specific lifts.
