diet
Well i started a new diet on Monday. I’m hoping now to drop some bodyfat without losing muscle. Eating clean is a chore. But it’s well worth it. I did it before so I can do it again. I have been disappointed in my progress lately so I hope this kickstarts me. I tried to bulk for a while but I just got fat instead. I think maybe I used it as an excuse to eat poorly. So now I am eating right and I hope this makes a difference. I know after just 3 days i feel much better. Not as bloated as I felt before. It takes much effort but I know it will be worth it in a few weeks. I am working with Brian Wiefering (sp?) through email. He has been a big help so far. Wish me well as I continue this journey.

I’m always watching ya! Don’t cheat. Remember, don’t let yourself get hungry. Every 2.5 to 3 hours. Feel more guilty in missing a meal than missing a workout. Your diet is the biggest part in your goal!
