Workout
Had a great early morning workout today. Leg day this morning. It’s hard to do squats at 5 am but once you get going it’s not too bad. I’m a day behind this week. My last workout of the week will be tomorrow morning. I have now gained about 4 lbs of muscle since July. It seems slow but on the other hand it is progress. I hope I can continue at that pace b/c when you think about it I could easily reach my goal at this rate. I am not real patient though. That’s why I want it all right now. Typical spoiled 45 year old kid. lol
