lean cousine
Thursday, March 6th, 2008So this week i have been working on my eating habits. IĀ have been eating lean cousines at lunch. In the morning i have been eating either pineapple slices, or mandarin oranges. When i snack at work, its been on some crackers, tuna salad, jello pudding, or popcorn. I go to the gym after work, and then eat a lean cousineĀ for dinner. I feel really bloated though. I dont get it. I usually drink a lot of water during the day but i still feel like im pregnant or something (not literally, i mean that figuratively!!). I dont know what thats all about. Im going to keep up with that for another week and see how it goes…
