So now im back….
I LOVE the YMCA on Sundays!!!! There were like 5 people there! I didnt have to wait around to use any machines…there weren’t annoying guys trying to talk to me…It was nice! I got there a little after 11 and they were definitely open. Here’s what i did today:
pulldowns= 4 sets 10 reps(40lbs)
seated row=4 sets 10 reps (50lbs)
Leg curls=2 sets 10 reps(37.5lbs)
butt blaster=2 sets 10 reps(37.5lbs)
back extensions=4 sets 10 reps(87.5 lbs)
calf raises=4 sets 10 reps(100lbs)
squats=3 sets 10 reps(50lbs)
I also did 40 sit ups & 60 crunches(20L, 20R, and 20 center)
I feel pretty dang good! Im going to take a shower and make a snack or something…Im not looking forward to this week though…Monday through Thursday we will be driving back and forth to Oklahoma City for training. But i will be off work on Friday, so thats pretty cool. We’re selling our truck that day so that makes it a lot easier to get it all done…Im out like a fat kid in dodgeball!
