For my very first entry in this blog, i just want to say that i am posting what i did at the gym today. Anyone who reads this, please give me some feedback on what I’m doing and let me know what i need to adjust! Thanks!!!

As I sit here watching Dinner Impossible, I ache with pleasure. I came back from the gym about an hour ago and I feel awesome. What i did at the gym today:

(40lbs.)Pulldowns= 3 sets, 12 reps

(40lbs.)Seated row= 3 sets, 12 reps

(200lbs.)Leg Press= 4 sets, 10 reps

(100lbs.)Standing calf raise= 4 sets, 10 reps

(100lbs.)Butt Blaster Thingie=4 sets, 10 reps

 

*whew* And ive done really good on my diet. My calorie intake is suppposed to be around 1300-1500 calories. I ate some vegetable soup a little while ago. Other than working out, the rest of my day was terrible…lol!!! Work is stressful, its driving me mad!!! I love where i work, and for the most part i love the people i work with, but there are those who make it miserable for everyone …I need a vacation. But i dont want to linger on it. Thats another goal of mine, not to freak out and not to stress so much about the little things. *sighs* My interview is tomorrow. I will be so excited if i get that new position. I cant wait!!!!!
