Back in the Game….

So, I had an unexpected move, and some MAJOR life changing events take place, but I’m back on my feet stronger then ever.  I got settled into a new gym, and I’m lovin it.  I’ve started eating clean again. 

Major bummer, I can’t do the Misawa bodybuilding show anymore, so that was a BIG DISAPOINTMENT.  However, I have new goals, I am doing a 5k, and a half marathon.  I’m also looking into some MI BB Shows..well see what the future has in store. 

So watch for some new progress pictures to come, because I AM BACK!! 

 

I DID IT!

So, I reached a goal today.  I squated 205!!  I really didn’t think I  had the strength to do it yet, but my trainer knew that I could do it, and I did do it.  It’s official..I seriously have the best trainer in the whole world!

day 1 tomorrow…

So, tomorrow is a new beginning for me.  I’ve come to realize that I can work my butt off at the gym 6 times a week but without a proper diet I’m never going to get the body I want.  I’ve been eating “good” but I still have my splurges (mostly when eating out) and I really need to keep myself in check. 

People don’t realize how serious I am about getting in shape but then again that’s just more motivation for me to prove them that I can do it and I will.

 

Progress

September 25, 2007

So, my trainer is on vacation and I was a little scared it might put me back a little.  He’s been gone for 2 weeks now but my progress seems to keep going in the right direction.  I have 2 more weeks without him.  In a way I feel like I am pushing myself harder because I don’t want to be set back, and in a way it’s proving to myself that I can do it myself.

 

THE OTHER DAY I DID UNASSITED SQUATS IT 15LBS ON EACH SIDE.  I know to some to you that is nothing, but for me it was a big deal, it defintly started a whole new idea for my goals.
