Alright Mr Bolt of Lightning did it again in the 200m, waiting to see the replay he now has won 100m and 200m setting world records on both occasions. The fastest man in the world. Congrats..

Everything’s Irie…

I just had to share, my countrymen winning the 100m mens and womens track at the olympics. Congrats  BTW setting new world records in the process.

I visit this site everyday for motivation and sculpting the body is what we all do. We are artists who use our body as a canvas and everyday we make additions to the painting. One day I will have that masterpiece.

When I wrote my blog it was meant as a joke . I was playing soccer and of course I said I would be skins, my friends did not want their shirts off. I thought it was funny, sorry if anyone was offended.

Ever notice when playing sports how we all are ready to be skins and not shirts….its a sickness of working out…..Lol..

Added to my stack today MHP probolic sr.. took this am before and after workout

Trying to get the right combo training and diet but with a sweet tooth its hard. If anyone has input on supplements let me know tring for the 8 pack abs
