frustrated
I have been slacking on my workouts. I got frustrated by things not going how I planned. I let it take some motovation away and didn't go as often. The more I stayed away the more I liked it. I just maintained so I wouldn't be that to far gone. I should take the advice I give to people. lol Don't be so hard on yourself and have patainence. Haveing the right music helps keep you going. Sometimes I forget it and the music at the gym sucks. I took it easy and tried not to start where I left off. I won't have any summer class and my work will slow down. I cut back on the junk food and I feel the difference. I don't really miss it.
Oh man I'm really glad to hear someone else out there needs their music to work out. I had forgotten my MP3 player a couple of weeks ago and my motivaton SUCKED! I came home not in a bad mood but not feeling as good as I usually do, and when I told my daughter I got a roll of the eyes. Teenagers... LOL But as much as we try not to have them some days are just ... blah. When I feel less motivated, I go to the gym anyway and tell myself I'm only goig to do a light work out then I press myself to do more "while I'm there" Before I know it it's been 2 hours. My clothes are soaked and my face is red. I hope that helps. Keep your chin up! :)
