Saturday, January 6th, 2007Decided to write about my workout today since its my first blog. Today was a tapering day before I go back on shift for 4 days. Was able to do squats for the second night in a row with 315 lbs for 8 reps. Was surprised to find out my body fat is at 6.1% even though i have been taking cytogainer religiously for the last few months, which is a good surprise because so many gainers put on fat weight as well as muscle. Definitely recommending it for people looking to stay lean and add weight.
