More isnt always better…

Saturday, November 3rd, 2007

Recently, i have been reading alot about how important it is to just eat and eat and eat in order to build. Well as a guy seeking the perfect physique, i figured i would give it a try. The results were horrible, mind you horrible in a sense of me staying super lean. I put on strength and some mass, but mostly i put on fat as well. I am a strong believer in fat being totally dead weight and people should get rid of it as soon as possible. Since im striving for the ripped and athletic physique and abilities, i realized that eating BIG is not for me. Therefore i began sticking to 6-7 meals per day. Keeping the foods extremely clean and cheating very rarely with something small (not a huge bowl of ice cream and pizza). Mainly, by eating 350-450 cals per meal, with clean proteins, complex carbs and some fat, i noticed myself becoming alot leaner and more athletic and not feeling overly full. Yet i have maintained my strength at a good level and improved on endurance and speed and agility. Therefore, in the end, my point is, eat smaller, cleaner, more frequent. That is key to being lean!

Sudden loss

Saturday, February 10th, 2007

Well, after having a stomach flu for the past 2 nights, i must say i have lost about 8 lbs. Now this is a huge loass to me because my body looses weight very fast by itself without the help of a sickness, so now im trying to climb back up with my strength and weight levels. I maintained a 5% body composition meanwhile, so im happy bout that. But with my goal being stronger, i need to gain some weight and pack on the poundage on the barbells. In case anyone is wondering what caused the sudden weight and strength loss, here ya have it folks. Be carefull what you eat!!
