“128 Rep Challenge”
Today i will be trying a new work out.
Perform each excercise for 2 sets, 8 reps per set. Rest 2.5 mins between each set.
Squats, Bench Press, Deadlift, Pullups, Bent Over Rows, Front Squat, Military Press, Incline Press.
Use a weight where you struggle to finish the second set for each lift. About 70% of ur max.
