Cut for the summer
Friday, March 28th, 2008After pigging out on Easter, I decided to start my first cut in my life. I noticed i started losing my hardness and cuts after winter therefore im getting back into it. What better way than to run 3-5 miles a day plus do sprints in the evening or morning. On top of that i am working under the Troy workout that Brad Pitt used in his preparation for Troy. Its main goal is to create super dense muscles and insane hardness while improving leanness. Cant wait to see the results.
