Saturday, May 23rd, 2009I started to diet last December of 2008. I weigh 247 lbs with 45% body fat. I go to gym every other day I sometimes do it daily. I was able to lose 27 lbs and now I’m weighing 219lbs with 34.7 % body fat. I attempted to eliminate white rice and just replace it with brown rice, oatmeal or sweet potato. I cheated for 3 days now and I don’t know what would be the result. Let me see what will happen next week. I need more motivation and extreme mental toughness.
