up to 30…

so im up to 30mgs of havoc, its been 8 days since the start of the cycle and im feeling great, ive gained 14 pounds since I started this cycle, and im feeling stronger and i can already tell my chest/arms and legs are gaining in size and definition, definitely looking forward to the next 3 weeks of this cycle. only complaint I have so far is i have had headaches the last couple days after taking the 3rd dose, nothing that ill stop the cycle for as some advil takes care of it but hopefully it won’t continue for the duration. anyways im off to bed thanks for reading

3 days on..

So todays the 3rd day of the cycle, been dosing the havoc at 20/20/20 the first 3 days, i was originally going to run it 20/30/30/40 for the duration of the cycle but i think I may bump it up to 30 after another day or so because in some of the logs I read most users reported tht 30 was a good dose and 40 was when the sides/shutdown began. Tonight is an off/cardio/abs night so it should be an easy workout, im just ready to junp back in and hit the weights :)

its been awhile, anyways, im a little above 200lbs and im gonna try and hit 220-230 by the end of october here, ive got a havoc reversitol stack coming in the a couple days in the mail, yes I am 19, soon to be 20, but I feel that I am ready. I know the risks, but I feel like i have adequately prepared, im pre-loading hawthorne berry, ive got saw palmetto, and also milk thistle for before during and pct, no serm on hand, diet and training are in check. I thought about posting a log thread but I don’t fell like getting negged/flamed for being under 21 even though I have done my research. Maybe I will do a review post cycle. Anyways my leg day the other day is still giving me a bit of doms, did arm/tonight and I don’t even want to type right now haha. Ive got work in the morning so I am off to bed, thanks for looking :)

well i think ive got like 8 days left on the ec stack, down to 192 pounds the other day, not losing any strength which I am happy about, playing basketball the other day I feel like my vertical has gotten better by maybe an inch or two, had two dunks in a game the other day, one was on a fastbreak, other was a baseline spin past the defender and then jammed it.. Can definitely see the progress in losing the bodyfat so I will post pictures right before I leave for hawaii.. Diet has been pretty regular, I dont mind eating the same thing everyday and I actually enjoy cooking all the time now ha.. Time to go to the store and pick up some groceries for tomorrow..

well started ec stack again the other day, already down to 197 :D New job is working outside in the texas heat ha so thats my morning cardio, usually sweating my balls off.. Workout at night at 24 hour, hoop a little and do a little more cardio.. going to try to at least stay around this weight but start adding muscle in the last month here.. well thats it.. thanks for reading..

one month to go..

well damn its been about a month.. Been busy, just got my wisdom teeth out a week ago, finishing up school and such, now its time to get down to it.. Going to try for the gym today, hopefully laying on the couch for a week didnt hurt me too much.. Anyways, going to do another EC stack here in the next couple days, first one helped me lose about 10 pounds and im hoping for at least half that this time, since i will be starting out with the full dose rather than tapering up.. Going to start the VJB here too and try to finish one of the three week programs and see how much i can gain before I leave.. Wish I had more time but oh well.. :/ Its now or never..

update..

been awhile since my last post, figured it is time for another.. Took the E/C stack for 3 weeks i think? just wanted to gauge how effective it was.. I liked the results and I will definitely be starting another one soon.. I think I read it was something like 3 weeks on and 1 week off? either way that is what I am planning on doing.. Everything is going good.. Can’t wait for this summer :)

changed my mind.. X-factor is supposed to be used with a good amount of calories and not much fish oil, while fish oil is recommended with e/c and a caloric deficit will help lose weight, so I’m going to do the e/c first and then do an x-factor/size on cycle..

anyways been on the e/c stack for 2 days now, starting out with small doses and ramping up but i can already feel a difference and see it.. the seeing part is probably me losing water weight, but i don’t think i have ever sweated so much at the gym.. granted I usually sweat alot but my shirts have ben soaked from just playing 4 on 4 pickup games of basketball.. caffeine gives me crazy energy and stamina too.. didn’t want to leave the gym haha.. no problem sleeping at night either which is good.. im looking forward to the results of this.. :)

decisions

so i decided what I am going to do here.. I’ve got one unopened bottle of x-factor already.. I decided I am going to use it on a cut, while combined with an E/C stack to maximize the fat loss while still retaining/gaining muscle.. planning on sticking with the previous workout plan i’ve set up.. Diet is going to involve some type of eggs for breakfast, omelette, scrambled, etc.. Lunch will be a sandwich or two of some sort with a protein shake.. After I get out of my last class I will have a piece of jerky or two with either yogurt or CC.. Dinner will involve some kind of concoction of chicken breast or lean beef.. I have never been one to count calories, and I would rather not start, although i am sure it would help.. Either way I’ve got to be getting up soon and I will update this later.. Thanks for reading..

1st workout

March 13, 2008

had a good workout tonight.. Got to the gym around 8pm, close at 10pm.. Headed straight to the basketball court and shot for close to an hour and 45 minutes.. worked on dunking and jumping a little, lots of free throws.. Went to the cardio/weight room area for the final 20 minutes.. Did 3 sets of 10 leg presses at 230lbs then headed to the elliptical.. put it on highest resistance and highest steepness and went at it for 8 minutes… today was just a light workout as I have a tournament this weekend.. Still deciding on what supplements I am going to toss in to help with this cut.. thats all for now.. thanks for reading
