There comes a time when everyone needs a break from strenous exercise. This week i said i was going to tear it up in the gym, shed a couple pounds, and look and feel better than last week. Because i work in the Army, everyday we do something different or new. I get the word that im going to the range in the morning to fire my M-4. No biggie! Ive been to the range plenty of times, qualified, and got back to the company to clean my weapon and go Home. Not this time. I went to range for 12 hours, 37 degrees outside, mud everywhere you step, and its raining non-stop. So the first time i laid down in the firing position, im thinking its warmer down here laying in the mud but when i got back up and walked around for awhile, i became cold. My gloves wet, every thing has mud on it. All my gear has mud on it so it becomes heavier. All in all, Im saying i had a rough day at work. Im going to take a break until Sat: So my back can loosen up.
