I have been working them out now for about 4 weeks at least once a week.  Does anyone have any good leg workouts that seem to prove great results??  They are not weak I can squat what I would consider heavy weight! Around the 300 range.  But I need size not strength. That’s Why I am looking for a different leg excersise! Thanks guys

Welcome!

April 28, 2009

Hey guys!!

This actually my first blog in history! lol But the reason is because I’m stuck, and need help.  I just recentley started working out with a coworker and we have been doing this push pull work-out.  My body is just getting into it, but he already wants to change out the workout after 3 weeks.  I have a couple of questions for the BBspace users! The first is how long normally should you stay with a workout before you change it up? Second, is I’m looking for a new workout to give me a good pump. and the third is if anyone has any tips on gaining, im going to start my first gaining cycle using all natural supps.  Any tips would help out a lot.

Thanks!

-Donnie
