Dude, I love this blog entry. It describes half of my friends. They keep blaming being fat on stress in life, or they've got to knit a f'in blanket.. and other bs excuses. Then when I finally get them in the gym they're like.. ehhh.. I'm not built for this. I have to think to myself.. then what ARE you built for? Sitting on your ass and typing? Well, I'm dam good at that but I can still fit in one airline seat. *I'm venting, don't worry, I don't hate fat people, they just piss me off when they're lazy excuse making morons*. Oh, wow, there's my mean streek. Anywho, I can appreciate what you said in your blog. Keep up your great work man. I've got faith in your ass!

Unfortunately fitness like all sports is full of drugs and cheats - so people presume that most achieve it that way - call that human nature. on the other point in your blog ; if we call people pathetic and underachievers thats what they will be! Didn't that come into a Rocky story line? its better that they train albeit blaming other issues than not train at all. Incidentally if some one has the traits you describe they will affect what can be achieved.
