    My routine consists of Monday (Chest/Biceps), Wednesday (Back/Tricep), and Friday (Leg) day. The reason I work this way is because I teach a Muscle Pump class Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in which we work the entire body. That gives me Tuesday and Thursday as downtime for my muscles to recover. On Tuesday and Thursdays, I teach a high intensity step aerobics class. I burn about 1000 calories during the hour of this class. Recently I have begun running 2 miles on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in efforts to get cut. I limit my sugar intake and avoid as much bread as possible. I try to eat about .8 grams of protein per pound of body weight I want and I limit my fat intake as much as possible.
