Pushing for more results…
Monday, March 31st, 2008I now feel like I have the getting to the gym thing nailed down. I feel as though I am progressing with the weights and have a solid routine (for now). Problem is, though I can feel the results, I can’t see them.
Starting this week I am going to start focusing on my nutrition. The plan is to start cycling between 2 weeks of about 1200 calories and 2 weeks of about 1800 calories until I hit my goal weight.
I also am starting to think about switching to 6 weeks of a full body workout instead of splits like I am doing when I hit the 6 week mark. I still need to do some research on that one, but I am definitely shaking things up a bit once I hit 6 weeks.
