well i got my MRI

L3-L4: there is a left paracentral disc herniation, protrusion type. Herniated disc material is predominantly within the subarticular recess which is moderately narrowed. There is mild central canal narrowing. There is mild to moderate left neural forminal narrowing. Central canal patent.

L4-L5: There is a central disc herniation, protrusion type, eccentric to the left. There is mild to moderate cenral canal narrowing. Moderate left neural foraminal narrowing noted. Mild right neural foranimal narrowing. Mild bilateral facet hypertrophy noted.

L5-s1: There is a diffuse disk buldge. No significant central canal or neural foraminal narrowing

Impression

1. Lumbar spondylosis with multilevel disc hernaitions at L1-l2, L3-L4 and L4 L5

my lazy morning shake

one scoop whey protien
three egg whites
one serving applesauce
half table spoon peanut butter

whole wheat bread 2 slices

1 teaspoon mircalwhip

two cans your favrite tuna

kraft fat free cheeder cheese

one slice tomatoe

put 1/4 cup cheese mixed with two cans tuna in microwave for 1 minute

then put whip tomatoe and tunacheese on the toasted whole wheat bread and enjoy

 

i liked it on the bread with the tomatoe but just the tuna a and cheese sucks. plus messy clean up for the bowl.

getting ready

im testing out a bulking diet for the next two weeks should be good. Im trying to get as big as i can for the arnold classic so when i go i can get my name out for the keystone in may. Im 100% dedacated right now and im on a mission. any support will be great. give me some ideas or some feed back i will up date progress every week with pictures and a post.

I see everyone at the gym and they dont change

I think people need to stop going threw the motions and start making progress, its a waste of their time and mine(me waiting for them that is) same weight same thing everyday. It get s annyoing. i have made huge gians in the last month(hard work, dedication, and support) i think that its a waste of time to go if you are just there to sloze and not lift….so to all the fakes…. **** YOU buy a boflex or something
