April 6, 2009Light weight, lots of reps. Heavy weight, low reps. Jog, do sprints….No cardio at all? Eat a bunch of small meals, cut back on calories…..Shit, this f***ing shit can be overwhelming! You pick up mens health and you read something different from M&F.
I guess what it comes down to is figuring out where you want to be and what your goals are. Then making sense of all of the different opinions & sorting through all the advice you get from different people. I know I want to be more Men’s Health than Muscle & Fitness. I think I am starting to understand what it takes to get there……and I know if I loose motivation all I have to do is sit back and think about what the alternative is….if I am ok with that than so be it. But like most of you, I know which path I’ll choose.
