I had an excellent leg workout last night. I pushed myself so hard that I thought I was going to throw up. Now hopefully my legs respond and grow as I keep feeding them the proper nutrition. My legs are way behind my upper body due to a knee injury I sustained in September but I won’t give up. My goals are set and I am ready to surpass them!

I got my new dip belt in from BB.com as well as the World Class Physique Chest & Back DVD. I haven’t had a chance to watch but just the first few minutes of the DVD. I plan on doing this tonight to get pumped up before my workout.
I had a great leg workout last night and can feel the soreness starting to set in! My legs are really lacking due to a knee injury i’ve been nursing. I finally feel like I can go 100% again. My legs will be ripped by Spring!

Started building an addition on to my house. This is taking a lot of time since a buddy and I are the ones doing it. I am still managing to find time during the week to get some really good workouts in but the weekends have been shot. On top of this, the Thanksgiving temptations are all around. So far so good, I’m going to stay strong!

Much better week. I got my workouts back on track and kept my diet pretty clean. Also, picked up the new M&F to keep me motivated. The ab special really got me thinking that I need to start hitting the abs really hard. I need to get my BF% checked so that I can set a new goal.

Wow, this has been a bad week. Too many work related functions where they don’t believe in a healthy/nutritional diet. I can’t wait to hit it hard this weekend!

I have been taking Nutrex Lipo 6 for eight weeks now. This stuff worked great! I now have to lay off of it for a while per the directions on the bottle.
