Week 1 of P90X
Wow!!! What a workout!!!! Completed my 1st week of p90x today and I loved it!!!! Really makes me work up a sweat. Abs are killer but i have never trained my abs 3x a week before so hopefully this time i’ll see more definition in that region. Today was legs, back and abs…felt like puking during and after…is that normal??? Anyways, I will be posting pics next week…so far I don’t see much of a difference, I guess it’s going to take some time:)

Feeling like puking IS normal…lol…I felt the same way my first week…the exercises will get easier as time goes by, but you will push yourself even more, which makes them just as difficult.
