all i can say is god dammmm!!!! im growin like a weed stickin to the basics, got stuck  at 220 for a minute and had to grab arnolds encyclopedia for some refresher lessons to switch it up did the job bangin down the calories hittin the gym see ya..in two months..pushin hard.

I have went from 190lbs give or take to 220lbs solid since april 4th of this year i have 20 more lbs to add before i can fit in my new cloths..lol, i love this shit..

reverse grip bent barbell rows-135×10for2-225×6for6,6,5,4,3-superset into deadlifts 225 inbetween rest along with shrugs 315 smith machine for 5

 

dumbbell rows 90×8for4

machine low row for 315 for 5 sets 225 for4,ending a full set with one arm to burn.

today arms.. do you feel da pump..
