					<description>Yeah!! you are on getting on track with the diet.  The more you get your diet dialed in the better your results will be when you train.  You will be stronger and loose the extra weight easier.  A tip of advice I can give you is when you are at the grocery store try to pick out some meats and veggies/fruits that are organic/unprocessed.  Some of them may cost a lot more and some may cost a little more, however it's a couple cents I'm willing to pay just to know my apples aren't coated with wax and my steaks don't have any dye or preservatives in it.</description>

Of course her meals will be smaller than yours you big hunk of man but atleast this will help for dinner time as you both will be pushing each other to eat the right portions.  Just use that excel spreadsheet I sent you to get your calorie needs, I can tweak it a bit so you can the calorie info for your wife.</description>
